Truro Loops – Have Your Say!
Yesterday’s Public Consultation for the new Truro Loops scheme was hugely successful! The Mayor of Truro opened the event in the morning and Birgit Hontzsch, CEC’s Principal Landscape Architect, gave a speech about the scheme – how it is being funded, what benefits it could bring to Truro and its community, CEC’s involvement and how the public can get involved.
We were delighted to see such enthusiasm and support from the public. Many people offered ideas and were keen to provide input. We had all manner of people, from cyclists, walkers, parents, grandparents, retired and working – a really great mix which provided us with a wide range of feedback.

We would like to thank all those involved in making yesterday’s public consultation a success, including everyone at the Truro River Working Group (TRWG) who braved the wintery showers to man the stall outside during the late night Christmas shopping.
